Nighty night everyone 😴💜💕

@CheerBear @Former-Member @Former-Member
Sorry I was unable to chat. Did too much today, but it actually was good to get out of the house.
Sleep well. Catch up soon. 😙💜

Goodnight @Former-Member I hope you wake up refreshed and feeling better. Sounded a very busy day but if you enjoyed getting out then that's a silver lining. You take care tomorrow, no two busy busy days in a row my dear! 😛

@Former-Member boy you really have a lot to contend with. But I underrstand how you don't want to mention things and have them turned on you. I think for self preservation and self care it is better to accept that stir all that up, for me anyhow. Because it just reopens and invalidates me and I feel very angry and frustrated when that happens and almost feel like I'm being abused all over again, at least psychogolically. Not sure if you can relate to that but just putting it out there to say.. yes I understand that side of it too.

Night @Former-Member - hope you sleep well 💕

Sorry I missed your reply earlier @Former-Member. That sounds really hard but like you know what's right for you to disclose to your family and what wouldn't be right. I hope you're ok after writing your post - I noticed you said you were getting upset and know sometimes I can feel a little like that once I start opening up about tough stuff.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

all good @Former-Member sleep well and yes big secret but i feel its for the best

@Spookytookims yes thats exactly how i feel especially with my mum she cant stand not being the center of attention but also cant bear the responsilibity of her actions and prefers to turn it around so the one who is the "victim" becomes the one with the blame my mother is very good at it so it better to leave her in her world then stir the pot

@CheerBear all goods we all have thing to do outside of forum world even though some of us would prefer to stay (like me). yes it is hard there have been alot of times i had just wanted to tell them but then i think of what would follow and it not worth it. yes i am ok after my last post just i dont often talk about my step father he and i are actually quite close but he live in darwin now and i rarely talk to him now and again its my mothers fault she made him think that we dont want to talk to him so he has changed his number only contact is occassional comments on facebook posts. and it is hard to open up for me as i have alot of trust issues i can actually talk about the fact ive been abused and my MH easily it opening up about aspects of my abuse thats hard.

Sounds really hard @Former-Member. I think lots of us can relate to how much trust can be destroyed by other people and then how hard it is to regain that trust in anyone again. Like spooky said, feeling invalidated can be so detrimental and it can kind of create a 'shut down for safety' mode so it's understandable that you don't want to tell your family. Then adding having it turned around like you said your mum does - not ok. Hearing you 💕

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Good morning everyone ☕🌞

What's everyone up to today?

I'm going out with my little fish to the movies. Because it's Easter bunny night it's the second longest day of the year for them, Christmas Eve being the longest, so this should help keep them occupied for a few hours. Then it's back to socialising. Feeling a little better about it today after yesterday.

I had really horrible, graphic, realistic dreams last night. Not so fun at all 😞 I have been lucky and for a while my dreams haven't been like this so hopefully it's a one-off.

Hope everyone else slept ok and hope the day ahead is good for you all 💕💛

Good morning @CheerBear Sounds like a super busy day for you. 😮💕👋

Oh the dream sounds awful. I used to have them all the time, not often lately. Counselling for SA and all the rest, has helped.

Just finished coffee and chocolate eggs 😂
Not sure what I'm up to today. After yesterday's huge day, I need to find some energy. Always wasing etc to do. Depends what my girl is up to.

Feeling really achey still 😮 Tried stretches, might need to take something.
Glad your feeling better re socialising today.

Hi there @Spookytookims 👋💕
Any plans for your day?

Hi @Former-Member 💕👋
Are you feeling any better today?
I hope that you will be able to enjoy your time away. Not nice having anxiety about everything. Hoping the anxiety isn't as bad for you today.

Hi everyone else. 👋💜💕

☕🍰🍵🍩

I better get my butt moving. 😊
