Awwww, shucks @CheerBear. Yes, I AM kind-of great aren't I...in a borderline, too rigid, too black and white, too intense, too demanding, no-one-can-actually-stand-being-around-me-in-real-life kind-of a way. Hooray for the clever dude who invented the internet so that little turtles like me can have some social contact with super nice people like you!!!

Loved your drawings @Former-Member 💜
@Spookytookims mentioned that you could draw me as a cat 😂 Funny thing is, I was going to suggest that last night, but needed sleep. Is a cat too difficult to draw?
Good morning to you both and @CheerBear and anyone else around. 💜💕👋
Nice to meet you @Phoenix_Rising 😊🌹🌼

I'm having toast coffee and easter eggs forbreakfast in bed.

Help yourselves ☕🍫🍵🍫☕🍫🍵🍫

I have to get going. Taking daughter and her friend for walk in rainforest and drive in mountains. Hope something is open for lunch/afternoon tea.

How is everyone today, 💟💗

Oooh toast and easter eggs for brekkie @Former-Member - how yum! I've been eating easter eggs for brekkie too, pretend ones but they were great. Your day sounds lovely - i hope you enjoy it 💕

I'm stressing about a couple of things and it's taking a toll on my sleep and mood so I'm trying super hard to look for positives, have a bit of a laugh, keep moving and 'fake it til I make it' to an extent I guess. I've just unloaded half a massive load of wood and cleaned up a bit. About to get ready for the start of some people around and as much as I want to hide in the room I will try to socialise a bit. I suppose we have to do what we have to do to get through sometimes and that's gotta do. That's me today 😊

We both need strength 💪💪 @CheerBear
Sorry to hear you're stressing.
I'm really pushing myself too. Its hard. Hugs 💜💟
I took something for flu symptoms. Can't stay home all the time. Feel like going back to bed.
I hope you get a rest during your day.

I'm off soon. 😊

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

It's that 'hey how are you' question that happens alllll the time that I used to be able to do but almost instantly feel frozen when I hear now. I get what it is, it's a greeting and small talk and something people say to everyone all the time and that's ok. But at the moment I feel thrown by it because it seems like there's no ok answer for it. If I do what i 'should' and say something like 'good thanks, how are you?' or 'getting there, how are you?' it would seem so wrong, especially with things those stressors bubbling away this week. If I say what's really happening (which I wouldn't) then it would be instant dead conversation. And I think people will/do know that with me so it's going to be that super awkward, hug everyone else, smile, laugh, be cheery and happy and then get to me and not know what to say. I may have already said this somewhere over the last weeks/month but my brain is messy and I don't remember. I have also just found out there's a long long time family friend coming now too (this person was one of my favourite people ever) and I haven't seen them since before it all happened. I know they know about it so now I really do want to hide away and not face anyone because nothing will feel right. I know I have to suck it up and go through the motions but it's a fight for me. No need for anyone to reply but right at this moment it feels like this is a good place to be real. I want to be on my own in my nest with my headphones pretending that the world doesn't exist. I hate that this is who I am at the moment. And I hate that this has happened to me.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?

Hi everyone, I just wanted todrop in and leave a greeting. I will be around but not around for a bit. Been to the fish market and got some yum fresh fresh fresh seafood so preparing that. I'm not religious but no meat on Good Friday is for some reason, one tradition I hold true too. It just feels "right" for some unknown reason. Maybe because my mother was so strict about its adherence when I was young, but I doubt that because nothing else she was strict about sticks with me.. so blagh doesn't matter, don't know but just is... ok after that ramble...

I've not read back so very sorry that I'm not sure what is going on with everyone. I did see @Former-Member's little boy is on the mend which is fantastic news. I also saw that beautiful flower in her new avatar pic.. gorgeous.

So for now... hello to @Former-Member @Former-Member and @CheerBear and if I hear any new emails come in don't be surprised if I pop back. Oh I just realised the time.. 2 hours later over there... what time does Friday Feast start?
