Sending special hugs to @Former-Member. I am sorry to hear you're struggling with things at the moment. Really are here for you in whatever way you think would help. Know my thoughts are with you.

Hiya @Former-Member - I replied in your other thread but wanted to say thanks again for sharing your experience! I can't imagine what it would be like but am trying.

I've found myself in such a pickle with c-link that I have just spent my phams appointment realising I need to sort it all out. It's so frustrating and so confusing. We now have a plan to tackle it which is good and hopefully once that's sorted I can begin to work towards getting my life back. Trying super hard to stay upbeat at the moment, because if I spend too long thinking about everything I worry I will fall down and not be able to get back up again. So baby steps, little by little, big breaths and patience is my aim/plan and that will have to do. Either that or I run away and live on my own in the middle of nowhere where no-one can ever find me again, but that doesn't seem like a particularly sensible idea 😛

@CheerBear Oh soundsood you made a pham plan re c-link. That's big priority. Too much potential derailing stress surrounding that, so yay and hope you get it worked out quickly.

hi @Former-Member see you are studying and sister-sitting today. Hoping it's been productive. Decorated easter masks sound like fun, hope wasn't too messy.

@Former-Member Hope your day is going well. What kind of assessments were you getting done, if that's ok to ask.

Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.

Hey @Former-Member. I've gotten a few tags for your study stuff and haven't replied because not being able to study is actually causing me an absolute mega amount of pain at the moment. Like it hurts my soul. After life went bam I had a couple of people that were 'safe' for me to stay in touch with but my heart couldn't cope because they were uni friends and I can't be at uni at the moment so I cut contact with them. Everyday I feel really guilty about this and like I'm being a terribly selfish person at the moment but I am grieving and it's too painful to watch them when I lost it. I would have been finishing a dwgree that would have taken over 5 years, in about 3 weeks had life been different. I'm super excited for you that you're close to finishing and will wish you the best from here and am ok with hearing about it as it comes up in conversation, but it wouldn't be a good thing for me to join in your thread. Seeing as you've mentioned it to me a couple of times I thought it best to let you know why i might not have replied. Hope you understand 💛

Thanks for understanding little bug 😊 I've kind of scattered bits and pieces of my stuff/story around here (for a few reasons) so I don't expect anyone to get it or know much, but seeing as we seem to hang out a bit more here I thought it was worth mentioning. Good luck with it @Former-Member.
