Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - Life is so hard.
Nice to meet you @Former-Member. I've read a little about DID but also know very little. I would love to hear anything about your experience living with it if you want to share, but of course no pressure to share anything at all.
@Former-Member, good luck today at the dr. I know you've said you experience anxiety regarding your health and can imagine how scared you might have felt/be feeling. More often that not these things are nothing serious but it will be good to know that for sure.
@Former-Member - sorry to hear you had an argument with hubby and that your daughter had a rough time. Aside from your group, what other supports do you have?
Hellloooo thoughtful friend @Spookytookims. Dinner sounds awesome! I am way too fussy/boring/scared of food to try Tepanyaki but it looks like an experience for sure. That's SO huge to start pushing yourself out into the world. Like really big. It's incredible to imagine you being anything other than very comfortable in social settings. I totally get the feeling of being unsafe and will eventually have to do the same thing too. Is the research something that's exciting for you?
I've got a couple of hours of hanging at home before a phams appointment and then I'll head back away for a night to collect little fish. Must tackle the housing issue I am having soon but I think I'll wait for them to come to me rather than seeking out them. Must. Stay. Calm. lol.
See you all around 🙂

I will reply later, if I can get rid of this awful depression I'm feeling. Sorry, feeling too down and negative.
Hopefully I'll be able to chat later. 💜
