Naww @Former-Member .. prob an easy if temporary fix for me.. get off butt and do some walking .. the less I do the more I realise how important it is and someone to chat with as sad as that sounds lol. Had some not good self thought s💭 Last few days esp at work ie brain kicking me for being there somehow, looking to make self feel bad etc, hasn't happened in a long time re work. I usually put a 'face' on .. and it 'works' .. think last couple days uber paranoid/ needy/trying to replicate not fitting in feelings from 20yrs ago lol .. only couple days at worst level. Will sort it 😀 Thankyou again 😸
