hello I am back on here since last year. Have you looked up Mindfulness?. It is so good when you practice it. Just give it a try and see how you go. You can go on u Tube and watch Eckart Tolle , i listen and watch him when i am having bad anxirty. . I think my antidepressant cause me more anisety.
