I'm really sorry you're feeling crappy @Former-Member. I think it's completely understandable though. You don't have to be sorry for your company. I like your company and think it's nice to see you even when you're not feeling great. If you want to talk about it please do. It's ok to be sad or upset or blue and i think sometimes it can help to have somewhere where you don't have to be ok all the time.

I think after a sleep I'll be a bit better in the morning.
Managed to cook steak, mash and veg.
Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever get better, I've been like this for so long. But I can't think like that because I can't live like this.
Will keep looking for answers.

Will try and get to bed a bit earlier tonight.
Heading in the shower soon.
Need to get a bit on top for the drive this week. Hope the weather fines up for our break away.
