Re: Complex PTSD - Depression - Anxiety - ADD - Fibro Myalgia/Chronic Fatigue - How do you "get over it"?
I just got a call from the catt team who were on their way here to "do an assessment" and I told them that as I was given the category triage I was, I knew I had 72 hours in which to see them so they could turn around and I'd get to them on Monday. I told them that coming here was not going to be a good idea for the LF who are very happy right now and have been through enough big scaries. They asked how much support my partner was able to offer me and I followed that up asking them whether they had been provided with and/or actually read any of the notes from the referral that would state exactly what's happened with my "partner". (I just want to scream about that stuff.) But anyway, they're turning around. They said they'd call me back once they've spoken to their manager but hopefully I've bought some time. They also said that they were happy to hear I was safe right now, and I told them I was happy I am safe right now, will be tomorrow and was yesterday too. I'm very very angry and still scared but I think (hope) that has been put off for a couple of days now and therefore I can show them they over reacted and I'm completely ok. Fingers crossed my car breaks down or I catch some terrible 9-5 bug on Monday now (kidding). Maybe I can sleep easier and without nightmares tonight 🙂

No, I haven't said anything on here today.
Thanks for thinking of me and also
@Former-Member @Shaz51 @Former-Member
I've spent most of the day in bed. I did shower and get dressed, but bed was the best place for me today. Trying not to be down on myself for wasting another day.
How is everyone?
Was very pleased to read that you didn't get unwelcome visitors today @CheerBear 👍💟
Looks like things are settling down for you.
Must be so very draining for you though.
I read the Adventure Island story Spooky. 👍
You are great at writing. Good on you, very well done. Fun to read, thankyou so much. 💕
Thankyou for sharing your holiday and photos with us lil caterpilla. 💟
I'm guessing you're out for dinner now. What did you have?

Hey there @Former-Member forgive yourself. It's part of it. Both the wanting to return to bed and the needing to forgive yourself. Yeah I know... Miss hypocritical speaking again because that bit took me a long time to even get to the point where I even struggle with it.. so yeah.. again I'm talking from experience of really not being very good at that as well, but knowing it is necessary for our mental well being.
What I am trying to say is... you are allowed to stay in bed, even if it feels wrong. The fact you managed a shower and got dressed is more than I've done at times, believe me.
Oh I am so glad you read the Turtle Island story. I need to find a nice place for your puddy tat to rest up. Any ideas? Unless you have some other preference for her at the moment? Let me know I'll see what I can arrange 🙂
Hoping all is ok with your daughter and just know we are all thinking about you each and every time we post on your thread, even if it's not directly related to you, you are there with us.

I think it's because I've wasted so much of my life, I hate to keep wasting it. But I do understand the forgiving ourselves bit. 😊
It's so frustrating feeling so unwell every day. It feels more physical than emotional, like I'm constantly fighting some illness, flu or something.
Oh well, no point being negative .
Hmm! Where does puddy tat want to hide and rest? Perhapa near the cool waterfall under a palm tree. 😀 Anywhere that's cool. 🌴🌊
I think puddy tat, deep down wants adventure but needs rest atm. 😂
Thankyou for your kind words. 💪💟💗
