Hello @Shaz51
I'm well thanks, what about you? Sure the emotions are all over the place about the work situation (last day 29 June) but I've decided to spoil myself for a bit the last couple of days. I've booked in a 90 minute massage the day before...I'm telling my massage man, the one who has always been gentle and slow and just comfortable, that I won't be able to afford such luxuries again, so I'm going to ask him not to talk for all of that time and just let me drift away somewhere peaceful in my head for a little while...but I can't complain, I've had a good run and my body is telling me big time it is just not able to keep up with the fast pace of things today...and if truth be told, I'm getting arthritic in the fingers and hands, and my memory isn't as sharp as it used to be, but I'm not going to beat myself up about those things, it's all part of the process....and I don't want to be part of that pace and noise and stress which so many younger people seem to thrive on and enjoy, so I'm grateful for the opportunity to leave this way rather than being sacked which wouldn't be good for my mental health. Mum and sisters are visiting next weekend- and I'm not mentioning the work situation to them until after the event, I don't want or need to feel guilty for whichever way my life heads-though it'll be good to see them for the short time they'll be here. The good thing is they'll be staying at a hotel not far from here....I do enjoy my own space. Take care, Shaz and enjoy your weekend.
