I have been doing better in the healthy eating challenge @Former-Member

Biggest change being in having breakfast every morning.

Have been feeling weary last 2 days and wondering if I am eating enough given my increase in physical activity 🤔

Thanks for your gentle reminder @Former-Member

I had oats (porridge) for breakfast (as always) - although I don't eat enough of it (nauseous in mornings).

Banana, museli bar, & crackers for morning tea.

One sandwich (vegies & cheese on it) for lunch.

I don't eat enough for lunch (working) - there is no lunch break.

So lunch is very rushed, always eaten whilst clients are eating.

Weight stable.

Digestion still ineffective (dodgy), probably always will be.

We had a good day too, home made muesli for brekky, cheese on toast and salad for lunch. Mr Darcy is making a chicken & veg curry for tea and have watermelon for dessert.
