Hi! I'm new here and learning how this forum works, so thought I'd introduce myself :)
I'm a 22 year old who loves Jesus, horses (and all other animals really) and fitness, but also struggles a lot with her mental health, including low mood, anxiety, SH & SI. I'm looking forward to being involved in this online community!
