Welcome and getting started

Hello! Returning member (Elder Millennial, PMDD & Perimenopause space)

Hello! Returning member (Elder Millennial, PMDD & Perimenopause space)

Hi everyone,

I’m returning to the forums after completing the guided program a couple of years ago, which I found incredibly helpful. I’m back in a slightly more stable place, but I’m really looking forward to connecting with others who share similar lived experiences.

I’m particularly keen to connect with women navigating the combined noise of PMDD and perimenopause, as well as anyone interested in advocacy, sharing strategies, or just having a safe space to do an honest braindump when things feel off.

Looking forward to catching up and chatting with you all in the threads!

EM.

Hi @eldermillenial

welcome back then.

id be interested in hearing other peoples experiences with the horrible perimenopause. I’ve recently stepped (I think) into this phase of life and I don’t much like it! Can’t say I relate to PMDD though, but I do have a friend who has an adult daughter with it and I often hear about how hectic it is.

Thanks for reaching out, @Bow

You’re definitely not alone in not liking it—perimenopause can throw everything completely out of balance. And "hectic" is a great word for PMDD; the two together make for quite a ride!

If there's anything specific you're navigating right now—whether it's sleep, mood, or just the general unpredictability—I'm more than happy to compare notes. Hope you're having a gentle day today!

Thanks @Kerrb b (my lovely Recovery Club coach) for helping me find the right space to set this up!
