Worked today @Former-Member, 1/2 day tomorrow as we need to go to town as Mr Darcy has a medical appointment.

Just been dealing with some dramas both on and off the forums but im ok. Been studying and getting there slowly
I have psych appointment tomorrow and im super nervous as ive already had to assert myself to her otherwise i was changing psychs so pretty nervous tbh

Hope psych appt goes OK. Doc or therapist? It is good to have a treatment plan so everyone is on the same page. It is important to understand why a treatment is given, what the expected benefits are, what the expected side effects will be and when a review will take place.
