Carers under 30...

Carers under 30...

Hi everyone.
Im just wondering if theres any young carers on here?
Im 20 and would love to have people around this age bracket to talk to.

I love and respect my elders too though 💖

Hmm abit on and off still @Former-Member takes me a long while to sleep but can usually get around 4 hrs straight now. Takes a lot to get moving in the morning. Think the cold is helping abit with sleep

Re: Carers under 30...

im feeling abit flat and teary but otherwise ok @Former-Member had a fall the other day because i was tired and tried over my own feet landed face first on the floor.
professionals arent making life easy at all in regards to therapy or physical conditions ( have been having a lot of chest pain becaue of stomach issues) but theres nothing they can do for it.

how are you going?

@outlander

You are having a rough trot ... the human body is so complex with one thing affecting another - are you under a number of different specialists for your different conditions?

Re: Carers under 30...

no @Former-Member i dont really have supports at all. my gp has just left so ive had to find another one. im not excited to see them. a psychiatrist i see every few months for medication reviews , no psycologist and then theres nothing else.

they cant do anything for me physically, theres no medical reason like low iron etc ( going off the last blood test from 4 months ago anyway) and my stomach issues are either an ulcer or irritation/inflamation like grastritis. im already on the max dose for reflux meds, taken literally everything out of my diet and thats all they can do but they dont know what is actually causing it, they are making a guess

the tiredness i guess is coming from working with pop, babysitting sisters (and now its school holidays ill have them more) and also haveing the horses and my work with them.im burnout.
