Re: Carers under 30...

Pops ok he went on holidays for a few days @Former-Member more tests and a specialist appt at the end of the month to see about all the results.

Me. Truthfully i am completely shatterred. I have lost everything the past year esp my friends and family. I literally have no one offline anymore and its still cotinuing on this year.
I lost my farmhand job and my gp said she doesnt know if i should horse ride anymore. Horse riding has been my life since always. I dont want to give it up. I want to be able to ride again one day.
I tried to talk to someone earlier and they want nothing to do with me.

My main priority now is pop and if someone tells me its not a real job again i think ill explode and tell them to do it-i know they wont.

@outlander tough going, are you able to get some support through groups like Wellways, Phams or the like? Grief is a huge thing my chickadee, taking steps to rebuild as our lives are changed due to varying circumstances.

Re: Carers under 30...

I can get a psychologist on mhcp abit later in this year unless i go privately @Former-Member other than that theres here and helplines as well as just getting through the day.
I dont know how to rebuild it anymore. I tried lots of different things but they always turn out the wrong thing or i skrew up constantly.
A few dates are coming up that happened with my nan that are adding to the mix and bringing back quite alot of memories too. I wish i could go back in time to change quite alot but i dont get that-well nor does anyone else...
The psychologist that i currently have has gotten me to the point of not knowing how much more help i want. Ive been through ao many psychologists and thought id found a good one but i knew it was trouble to start with from previous family connections.
For now i guess i just have to go with the flow and hope that its enough

Re: Carers under 30...

@outlander ... I hope that you will be able to find something that will help you connect with others, whether it be through the horse community, through your art or something completely different.
