im sorry mr dracy isnt doing so well hope, hope he improves quickly, would you like to talk about it?

Firstly i thought i was ok this morning while i was riding that horse then i got chased by a wasp but the ride was ok
Then it was hard as alot of memories come up about the event that happened and then i had a ride on my horse and she was so naughty first she bit bit me leg anf made me bleed aand then i come off and winded myself then that stupid pap smear set me off again and i had a shower and nothing can get rid of that dirty feeling

And my bite mark hurts and my wasp sting hurts and my chest and stomach hurt from being winded and im panicing about this lump and this pap smear is triggerring me so much and bringing memories back of the abuse as well as dealing with memories of my sisters dog attack

its just so hard all the time and its making life very difficult to live
