Hard stuff my possum @Former-Member but remember it is OK to let the therapist know you are nervous.
I'd there something you can arrange in advance for this evening that might help? Friends, cotton wool, a movie?
I am going to have to go to work now, am out this evening but I will check in on you over the weekend.

Busy @Former-Member Friday night out for tea for wedding anniversary. Saturday had coffee and lunch with friend, clipped her dog. Bit of gardening, picked up some groceries. Today we went to church, had lunch there. Found a friend a birthday present at a fave shop too. Quiet afternoon as it has been raining. Going to watch the comedy show on abc now.
