@MissGremlin Yes I need acupuncture but cant afford the clinic its $100 a session. This is great for everything though. I just use a Bian stone. It was in the Yellow Emperors book on traditional chinese medicine. It makes you feel so good. Its an old ancestor of acupuncture and has a variety of applications.

I'm having a rough time at the moment, just trying to take things gently and slowly. I'm very glad to be sitting in bed now, hoping I can get some decent sleep tonight.
