@DogMan79 I completely agree, thankfully they've changed them alot now and they are easier to remove. It's the 12 lead ecg and the dots from that I struggle to take off especially if they've been on for a few days.

@MissGremlin how are you this evening? I just dredged my Bian stone over my meridians. I cant afford regular acupuncture so use that instead. Its an old traditional chinese medicine tool that has experienced a resurgence of late as they have been able to mine new pockets of Bian stones again. Bian Stones predated acupuncture and you can easily use it yourself without knowing anything about acupuncture points. I'll stay online for a while then will head off for the evening

@SmilingGecko I'm really drained and my head is pounding, it's been such a crappy day today for me. The Bian stone sounds really interesting, acupuncture is very expensive so I'm glad you've found an alternative. How's your day been sweet?
