The catch up thread!

@Taali coffee has a weird taste. I can only tolerate sachets that are flavoured, there's only one that I like. I also have flavoured iced coffee sachets. But there's no way I could drink plain coffee.

You don't need to apologise @MissGremlin. It makes sense that you're feeling the rejection so strongly today, especially when you were vulnerable and honest with them because you genuinely wanted support

I can understand why you'd start to feel like you're being put in the "too hard basket", but their lack of follow-through doesn't mean you're too hard to help or that you don't deserve support. You reached out, you were honest and you tried, that's not something to dismiss, that took a lot of strength

I'm glad you're safe and that you've got Casper there snuggled up with you. For now, just take things gently and focus on getting through today one moment at a time 💛

I'm trying really hard to take things gently, it's exhausting having to focus so hard to just get through the day.

I'm going to try to close my eyes for a bit, I'm so emotional, my head is pounding, heart pounding and skipping beats constantly, everything is racing and I just want to switch off for a while before i snap (I'm safe).

@Taali Just be careful youve had an operation, dont know if youve had bone procedure you may have to wait post surgery to use the Bian stone.

Here is where I bought mine from a traditional chinese medical doctor. She has developed a unique skin care range that you can use with the Bian stone. I just use the Bian stone for health only and dont combine it with her skincare range as its pricey.
