@Nala2022 I feel like I'm going to be stuck this way forever, well for however much longer I can put up with it (I'm safe).

The psychology place has done this so many times over the past several months that I've been trying to get support from them. I don't think they're interested in helping me, I'm put in the "too hard basket". It just really hurts cos I was so open and vulnerable when I talked to them, I tried to be as honest as I could in the hopes that I could get support.

I had my cuppa before and fed Casper while I was up then took him out to the toilet. I'm laying in bed with him snuggled up to me.

I had a good nights sleep last night thanks to catching morning sunlight and using my Bian stone before I go to sleep. My eyes get heavy by 7pm and I get lulled into a deep sleep comfortable sleep

My niece took her own life in December, she was only 17. She went into a place for support but was told there was no appointments available 😞.
