The array of problems

The array of problems

Well hi there everybody. I was just looking for people who may be able to help with some tricky stuff im faced with. -here's the life I got... -there's the life I want... and there is a whole lot of technical, physical, mental or emotional issues between the two.

I have struggled with mental problems for a very long time. And I think the gravity of the story and reality of my situation. Induces shock and trauma. And has to sink in over again each day. -But there is apart of me. That weighs things up and desires a better life and to help myself.

Now, if I could...I'd magically employ myself in a good career. And change everything around. But I can't! -so im more or less stuck with very limited options. Reoccurring problems. In the same circumstances. -which gets me down and becomes tiring...

And im tired of feeling like I do.

Im aware of what they say helps and what doesn't. -its just really hard to put into place and follow through with everything.

Its way to organised and systemised for my liking. And relies way to heavily. On people who stand to financially gain out of the situation. Who are no better or worse then any other person out there who they've labeled and diagnosed. Actually they maybe even worse. And its like entrapment. There should be more emphasis on how to escape and exit the trap of the pharmaceutical drugs industry. Then becoming a life long member.

These people dont know how to deal with people who arent under the influence of heavy medication. And the real life problems they are faced with. And become very strange and funny when they have too.

Re: The array of problems

Hi @Shaz51 thanks for your thoughts. It's the usual phenomena of unexplained highs and lows for me. If you know what I mean? The usual frustrations. The usual memories of remorse and regret. The usual yearning of wanting something better.

I think that, validation from a professional who knows all the nitty gritty stuff behind symptoms Important. Plus reassurance and guidance toward better things. I become oh so frustrated and angry when I'm not able to speak with someone about what's driving my illness.

Sometimes I think, a normal life probably ain't much better then what I'm going through.

Eude.
