@AlwaysMyself hello lovely how are you? Thank you for birthday wishes. It was not a good day. Very difficult to get through. I’m sick of things being so very hard. I have really appreciated all the support you’ve provided and understanding. Even though you are not well yourself. My health is poor. Something wrong with brain and had to do with lack of oxygens and blood supply to brain from peripheral artery disease. They’re still investigating in a very slow public system. I feel so overwhelmed and scared. Mental health being so bad on top really creates a hard life. I’m just surviving days really.
