I would have to agree with you about the beach and really cool to hear about the rock art.

myself and mum did something really similar with making the birds on a line. Aha did not explain it well but maybe you’ll pick up what I am putting down lol. What art are you guys planning?

We use to do art with shells too! And make cards or put some in frames. Wonder if you get many shells at the beach your at?

Heard on the news that Neil has headed back out to sea now @Chasingsunsets i wonder if he is just around for a season and then heads away or kinda comes and goes a lot.

Yesterday was a stay at home and pj day! Couldn't be bothered doing either.

Do watch footy (AFL) too and try to get to a few games during the year.

Good news that you saw your psych. It's hard when they go on holidays. Hard for our MH.

Hey @Snowie, hoping you will get this 🙏. Lovely to hear from you, I see you had a pj day yesterday, sometimes you just need those days right. How are you travelling today? Let me know if this an okay thread to chat or happy if you prefer to chat somewhere else whatever works 😊. I see you follow the footy! That’s exciting I do too who do you barrack for? I go for saint Kilda still waiting on a premiership lol. Yeah it’s helpful my psych is back, ready for more sessions of a treatment modality which should be interesting, she wanted to up the frequency also of sessions so we will also see how that goes and how my nervous system finds it. From recollection I was a bit exhausted but I remember it being helpful so hopefully get some progress will be had. My walk was good I tagged you in some sunset pics on highlights actually but know the tagging system isn’t working but was thinking of you guys when I posted them 😊. What’s on for your week?

Yessss I heard this news too @Bow re Neil, how funny, glad he’s chosen to go back out to sea. I wonder what makes it the right time for him to head back 🤔🦭. Goof question if he does come and go, that didn’t cross my mind I just thought he would be gone until next year 😂. But maybe highly possible he’s be back I should do some reading about seals as I don’t know anything about them haha.

I understand being back is sad, it makes so much sense. We are here with you bow. I can hear you are anxious about seeing your dad. I am happy to hear more of what’s happening for you re catchup with him if you want to share but you don’t have to. I also have an interesting relationship with my dad. I do see him when I go back south but I do find it challenging.

my day has been ok perhaps my coffee was sprinkled with a little bit more productivity which was nice. Got all my sheets and doona and doona cover and dog blankets and bed all done today which was good. Unfortunately slept most of the day but at least i managed to get the washing done and make my bed again! It’s been nice having a couple of days off to catchup with things. My walk was also nice tonight. A lovely sunset 😊

Today has been alright recovering from a steep slide down so every day has been better that the last over the last three days so that’s something. Won’t be long until the next slide - just how it seems to cycle for me but that’s alright got to take the good days when they are here, they are gold aren’t they.

Yes sometimes pj days are needed. Was nice not to have to go anywhere for the day.

I do follow the footy. Barrack for Carlton. My hubby goes for Hawthorn so will be watching the game tonight when they play each other.

Psych sessions can be exhausting but I guess if they help than it is worth it. I see my psych every 2 weeks at the moment. Normally after a session I just sit in my car for a bit before I drive home. Unfortunately living rural means I have to travel to see her.

Have to take my mum for a few appointments this week. She has dementia so not able to take herself.

Have ECT Friday too so don't think I'll get a pj day!
