Hello @Jynx, I got to do some diamond art with @Captain24 today, was really nice to chat and have connection while doing something we both like.

Things have come crashing down though, been trying to nap for a couple of hours and can't switch my brain or the voices off. Tried a crisis service but the person didn't seem to understand or want to help so they ended the chat. Feeling very emotional and defeated at the moment. I'm safe for now, laying on my lounge snuggling Casper.

Definitely can be super impactful when we feel like we are not understood hey @MissGremlin , I'm sorry that it wasn't the most helpful experience for you. Glad to hear you are doing what you can to look after yourself though, and staying connected along the way.

I'm going alright, hanging out with the kitties (who have the zoomies atm, because it's not long till dinner time!) and like, cuddling my heater lol.
