Missing everyone!

I’m just trying to do things off my safety plan. Was feeling a little calmer but not being able to post is not helping.

I did get into trouble but it was my own fault and I should have known better. When I’m this distressed I don’t think straight and act first think later.

Stood in the rain for a bit and that was mindful, lucky it’s raining. This is really annoying me though.

@Captain24 I'm really glad you got some diamond art done and many things on your safety plan, you've done amazing sweet.

I get it's hard when we get overwhelmed and frustrated and we often don't stop and think before soeaking/typing. You're definitely not alone with that, we've all ended up getting ourselves in trouble but we learn from our mistakes. I've had to learn to pause, take a breath before posting or even stepping away if I need to.

I'm starting my bedtime routine early as I'm completely exhausted and this cold has gotten worse again which isn't helping in the slightest. I'm looking forward to sitting in bed and doing some diamond art while having Casper snuggles.

You have been really busy on here all day and must be exhausted. You are doing really well at supporting people.

I go to work tomorrow night for nightshift and then I have Thursday night as well. @MissGremlin. I’m not looking forward to it but I have to do it. Responsibility and all. Hopefully I feel a little clearer tomorrow

What do you have in tomorrow? I’m just about to sit and do some more diamond art before I feed the dogs

I did manage to calm myself down for a bit but the distress is just rising again. I’m so sorry to be a horrible friend and a horrible member @MissGremlin
