hi @riverseal, that was very invalidating to me to me. There are definteily not that many members, taht would include everyone who ever accessed the forums since creation, many of which have left, been banned, or ceased accessing services. From a users perspective, there are about 30 ppl here. Wether that is new or old, is irrelevant, as I feel like theres a lot of ppl that come and introduce but dont return, which feels destabilising. That is a feeling I have, and wether its one you feel is legitimate or absolutely irrelevant, all feelings are valid :) Regardings no judgement or bias, as you mentioned moderation is human, and all humans have bias. Regarding the recovery club, although i said six sessions, this was based on calling sane's line itself, if its five and not six, i deeply apologise, but that was what they told me.

@EternalFlower Noticing you. Missing you I know the forum is not as big as all that and the old regulars have been through so much. Not permitted to say too much.

@riverseal, thats true that there are always new members.but there have been some significant changes in accessibility of peer support, number of members, off-line emails, moderation and topics of discussion. Those changes have made the forums feel a little different for some ppl. If we have concerns about this, we no longer have the same points of contact to have a chat offline, and there are unfortnuately only a handful of active users. When new users join, the active users may want to welcome them, but there arent that many of us, hence i would say most convos go unanswered. If you look at the most recent chats, most have a last reply abuot 5 days ago. This is the gap between chts, because there aren't enough of us to keep it going. If I were to invest in providing peer support on those pages, I wouldnt have enough energy to keep myself above water, so I have to make a choice. I wish I didnt have to make a choice, as I felt comfortable that if not me, it would be someone else. In the past, I didnt have any anxiety at all about this and almost never joined in welcoming new members, as it wasn't my strength and I let others take the lead. Now I feel i might have to, as I watch the member struggle to get oriented. Thanks again.

I have been feeling a bit nauseaus on and off and trying to find the cause. Bed bound because of it, not a lot of activity. Keep trialling support workers and they all suck lol
