Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 Yes definately better out than in. I hold it in too much. Then it comes if I’m lucky. Not enough out yet.

@Fluttershy1 I am glad you are bedazzling. Does it help to distract you a little plus create something sparkly and beautiful? It’s awful feeling terrible. Is there anything that helps? For me I have not found anything helpful when I’m this chronic.
