Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 oh thats a bit frustrating. I sometimes go to pick up a diamond dot then go to stick it on the picture only to realise i didn't even pick one up 😂

@Fluttershy1 im going to crash again now that the heater has warmed up my room a bit :) unfortunately no furbaby like Nova for me to snuggle up to. i do have a big snuggly toy which my eldest gave me hmmmm i will try and take a photo of it before i sign off.
