Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I finished my day absolutely exhausted! But I got a lot done so that was good.

@Nala2022 - I’m ok at this point. Nova let me sleep through the night which was a first. She’s still even asleep in her cat tower lol!!

I’m glad you got to sleep @Fluttershy1. It feels good when you get a straight full nights sleep.
Im going to do a couple of things around the house and they will be done before lunchtime and then nothing need to be done for a couple of days until I need to do a quick clean. 2 dogs can make a mess of the floors bringing in grass! I’m just about to take them for their walk. It’s a little fresh outside but at least it’s warming up. It’s now 3 degrees.

Hey @Captain24 - it’s crazy how the floors can get so messy, it’s freezing here aswell, I dislike the cold a lot, I’m snuggled under the blankets where it’s warm lol!!! Nothing planned here today but to be lazy!!
