Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - I don’t even want to go, my support coordinator chose her and I’m like no. I didn’t even get to speak on the phone to get a feel for her

Thanks @Bunniekins - now I’m laying on my bed, I went out with my support worker and we came back and did some craft.
I’m now laying in bed.
