Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Hahaha does your mum like your type of music? I love just putting loud music on in the house, I got a speaker too. Makes cleaning and being productive a bit more motivating @Fluttershy1

Hi @Taali - I wish I could have a pj day,
I painted with my support worker and went to the shops with mum, now I’m helping mum with the washing. While having a meltdown myself. Because I can’t find something I’m looking for.

hi @Fluttershy1 so glad you had a good day with your support worker. im having such a difficult time this week with my mental health. just trying to make it to tomorrow to see a doctor. been ont olife line 3 times in the past 2 days.

Had plans to get some things done then WHAM I was paralysed...
Will get some rest and have another go tomorrow.
