Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 Hello lovely. How are you? Sounds like you too have been having a rough time. I understand what you mean re NDIS support workers. I get very panicked and anxious with mine. I am glad you are back home. I find the ER hard too.
Im really needing connection in forums as well. Couldn’t find the post you tagged me in so I’m writing here instead. I’m struggling a lot. Things are hard and heavy. I miss being able to easily communicate here.

Heya @Cuddlebear - I feeling the need of connection aswell, ER is too much for me, I dislike going there aswell, overwhelming & overstimulation.
I feel like it’s a lot better here, peer led and people with lived experience.

@Fluttershy1 I totally agree. It is much better here having our peers and also over time we get to know one another. The ER is just not anything like the forums and very over stimulating.
Basically now I just go to the last page of a thread to post back. I could see your reply there which was good.
I hear you on needing the connection. I do to I don’t want to be alone and not able to chat and see how others are going. Im home all weekend. Are you home? Any plans?@MissGremlin and @Taali also need connection they were saying today.

@Cuddlebear - no plans really, a quiet one, will still have support workers come in, nova is just sitting next to me on my bed purring, I’ll probably be on here most of the weekend.
home with the family as I live in the bungalow out the back so I can just go see them whenever haha, having spaghetti bolognese for dinner tonight so I’m pretty excited over that!!

when i would go to the ED they would just keep me overnight and send me home, but they had a diagnoses of personality disorder so i think taht was why. Nevr helped me very mch

@EternalFlower Hello there how are you? I think we are all just speaking to one another :) The forum issues are really driving me nuts. I hear you re ED. It’s a place not designed for people experiencing mental illness and so many of the staff are juniors or just not quality staff for our conditions. I’m not having a good time of it at the moment.
