Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I have a bungalow out the back but yeah. I feel safer inside atm @MissGremlin - mums cats are sleeping right behind me lol
