Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way today @Fluttershy1. When you're in such a low place, even small things can feel really overwhelming and exhausting
It's okay to take things slowly and be gentle with yourself. Maybe for now it can just be about getting warm, resting, and spending some time with Nova
I'm glad you have your support worker coming this afternoon too. Hopefully having someone there can make the day feel a little less heavy 💛
