Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

And yep, Nala was naughty too 😅 She woke me up at 4am, so I had to put her in the laundry because I wanted to sleep a little longer haha

Hi @Cuddlebear @MissGremlin - on a high at the moment with my mood so we shall see how long this lasts, I’m sorry that things are tough. It’s like a roller coaster for me at the minute aswell because I’m not sure of what to expect next.

@Fluttershy1 Hello! I’m glad you are feeling good. It sounds like a roller coaster for you. Do you tend to fluctuate? I hope it lasts and that you can get some relief and do some nice things for yourself. You deserve it.
I stay the same in low mood and panic etc. no relief.

@Cuddlebear @MissGremlin - fell asleep for a hour which was nice, nova joined me, got a support worker soon so I’ll drive them crazy. I’ll get them to take me to Starbucks LOL!
I need to go to Kmart & pick up a new tunnel for nova and some more sheets for me, then coming back and playing skipbo. I’m still snuggled under my sheets hahaha
