Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - it really did help. I’m just laying here watching TV playing my phone no worries Eating I think playing on the floor I can’t see cause I’m laying on the other side of my bed. I know she’s in the room somewhere. She’ll probably jump up on the bed soon and start playing with my feet. I’m safe.

@MissGremlin - after I said what I posted she launched on my bed and played with my feet and because they weren’t covered it hurt lol. Cheeky much she is. Now she isn’t going to play with my feet again when they are not covered lol.

hey @Nala2022 - hope Nala doesn’t have the zoomies at this hour lol, I am still awake because nova has them and keeps attacking my feet lol and wanting to play and huffing and puffing when I ignore her lol.

If Nala had the zoomies late last night, I didn’t hear her. She had a burst of energy just before, but now she’s happily resting on her cat tower 😊
