Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 I haven't been able to shake this cold/flu for a month now but I thought i was almost completely over it until tonight when everything has started aching again.

@MissGremlin - made it to my room, dropped my phone and that was the end of it I had a meltdown. I’m ok now I’ve reached out to MH triage as that goes to ER overnight and I spoke to Em tonight and she really helped me and calmed me down. She was proud of me for calling instead of coming in. I just cried and cried to her.
