Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Hiya @Honeymoon - finally home, going to colour in, watch a movie and cuddle with nova, I’m just glad to be out of that ER I was sooo overstimulated and overwhelmed I just broke down, so it’s nice to be home with my fur baby. Just going to also hang out here aswell with my forum family❤️

hi @fluttershy1 i can relate to not wanting to be back in the ED, i went about 20 times in the past 2 years and each time i felt ashamed that it happened. I'm sorry your support worker isn't handling it too well either. I found support workers very untrained.
Today I was waiting for an appointment and a young woman in a wheel chair was sitting beside me and her support worker was shoving tissues in the clients pocket saying i'm giving you tissues in case you need in your appointment, i felt upset because it was the person's body and the worker was touching her and not giving her a choice. The client got upset and said" what aer you doing, I don't need tissues."
I am sorry you've been to the ED, was wandering if they helped you out, and how you're doing now.

@MissGremlin - I was watching trolls, I saw T!!!! I was relieved. She knew I wasn’t great. But she only walked past, one of the nurses did a check in, I ended up going home I was over waiting at that point.

@EternalFlower - ER can be good in my area sometimes but there are some really rude nurses and MH staff, but I’m glad to be home, I’m very drained from it all.
