Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 I'm sorry it's something you have to keep going through. I can understand wanting to hide away when it all feels so overwhelming, but please remember you don't have to face it all at once. Just take things one step at a time. I'm glad you're safe 💛

@Fluttershy1 Hello lovely. I can see you are feeling very anxious about the infusion. I can relate to those feelings. I have infusions too. If it helps at all they are not painful and you can tell the staff how anxious you are feeling about it. Do you have anyone who can come with you?
