Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.

Shall i tell you something happened that hasn't happened for many years to me this morning? i felt happy. Genuinely happy, not just a glad moment but genuine happiness, for at least a hour i reckon, before it began to ebb away again. It was SO good to see myself back again after all these years, it was almost a surprise.

After i open my email and i had two letters from my doctor. One endorsing our ex foster son, (now woman) and grown adult, to come and visit me on my birthday. We stayed in contact after he messed up at our place 33 years ago and ended up in jail most of her life after in and out. She is on probation and needs a reason to get permission hence this letter from my doctor endorsing the benefit such a visit would be for me.

He also wrote me a letter to my psych confirming a lot of my medical history and explaining where i'm at and why i need his particular insights with regards tom my preferred medications since conventional psychiatric medications had not worked although tried extensively. In other words he put in a good word for me ahead of my appointment on the 26th.
