Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Nala has tried, chicken, tuna and catnip haha, I'm not sure if there are any other flavours, I haven't seen any

There’s the salmon flavour @Nala2022 - we are currently on the catnip greenies - I’ve got my heating on and I’m under the covers, nova & ember have the zoomies.

Ohh I haven't seen the salmn flavour, I don't think my Petbarn sells it @Fluttershy1 Nala likes the catnip ones haha
It's one of those days you just want to snuggle up in a blanket for sure

things have been tough and I’ve been pretty distant from everyone.
my Threapist has gone on leave which I am pretty upset about but I’m jealous. She sill have a good time.
I’ve booked a holiday for myself so I’m looking afford to that. I’ve been to ER a few times but have managed to get some decent people. Just would be nice if I didn’t have to go at all.

It's hard when you're feeling distant from everyone @Fluttershy1 . I guess I'm the same. I'm a bit tired so won't stay long sorry but please give your cats a snuggle and cuddle for me. I still miss my old boy.
