Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’m laying on mums bed at the minute @Taali - I’m gunna make my way out to my room in a minute. I was dozing off on her bed as I was calming down and I was zoning out

@Taali - made it to my bed, ember is laying right where I lay lol. She’s not budging on moving so I’m sitting up for now watching tv. Cuddling my weighted penguin & bunny.

I’m really sorry you’ve been having such a difficult time, especially with losing your Pa. Your post about him was really beautiful, and it sounds like you shared some really special memories together. I can understand why you’re feeling so much guilt and wishing you could have him back.
I’m glad you’ve been able to talk things through with L and T, and that you’ve got some support around you when things feel really difficult
I hope you were able to have a quiet night with your kitties, some pasta and a movie, and just give yourself a bit of time to breathe 💛

Hai @Nala2022, I’ve been awake for a few hours now, my cats haven’t been letting me sleep they have been having the zoomies and causing a lot of cheeky trouble.
I just have been feeling a lot of guilt and wishing I had spent more time with him, I want him back. I keep having flashbacks of him lying in the hospital bed. Wishing I had gone down to stay with him more often.
L & T have been very supportive and talking me through things, they are also knowing that I’m really struggling with this and I just want the emotions to stop for a day.
nova and ember have been up to trouble aswell lol, 4am zoomies and flipping the water fountain over and launching on me.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with so much guilt and those flashbacks of your Pa in hospital. I can understand why you’re wishing you’d had more time with him and wishing you could have him back. When you’ve lost someone you love, it’s so easy to look back and think about all the things you wish you’d done differently. I’m glad L and T have been there to support you through it all 💛

@Nala2022 - gotta keep pushing on you know, I just got woken up again. Not by the cats this time but by my support coordinator and I wasn’t impressed.
going to take my meds and see if I can go back to sleep lol.

Nala has definitely been getting her Greenies. She knows exactly where they’re kept and is always hanging around when she thinks it’s treat time haha
