Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - nova is laying on her back it’s sooooo cute, I forgot my meds in the main house so I’m going to have to walk back there and get my meds then come back out. I’m just feeling hightened.
watching a movie, probably will pull out my colouring. Not sure yet.

@Nala2022 - staying warm and not doing anything, I feel terrrible mentally. Am safe, waiting for my coordinator to come out 💔.
