Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 oh getting cold feet is horrible, mine get so cold that they go numb. If you do it now, it's at least over and done with and I'm sure it's only going to get colder as the night goes on.

I just did it @MissGremlin - my feet tend to go numb over winter, I gotta keep my body warm otherwise it’s not good at all.
im now sitting in the main house haha, ima run off to my little house soon, feeling abit overwhelmed
