Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’m sorry you’ve been having such a rough time lately, but I’m glad to hear you’re slowly coming out of your slump. It sounds like your therapy session was really helpful too, and it’s lovely that you felt understood and safe enough to talk openly
Nova really does sound like a queen on her new tower 😂 Nala has one too, but instead of using it as a scratching post, she likes to use our couch lol -.-
