Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Yeh I got the fish water tested @MissGremlin - I got a Nintendo switch 2 pro controller, then I went to Kmart and got a keyboard & mouse

Being able to have the right to choose and have some control over supports can be very empowering, even though it can also be hard work. Only you know what is working. Glad your session with t went well. Keep up the good work.
