Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Kitten doesn't know any better @Fluttershy1 I've got a Kitten that eats and sleeps inside house but if go in same room as it, it runs. Been weeks now and not changed. Think it must be wild. My cat loves it mostly. He'll go looking for it if it's been away. Gives it tongue baths and let's it sleep in his deep coat.

how is everyone?
I’ve been in not a great way, I’m slowly coming out of my slump, I fired a support worker on Tuesday because she just wasn’t listening to me, or understanding me.
I had therapy yesterday and spoke about a lot and it helped, she was very understanding and didn’t judge me and told me I was safe in session with her and if I ever needed to get something off my chest I’m able to share in session. It was a helpful session
I got nova a new cat tower yesterday and she is loving it, she thinks it’s the best thing ever because it’s bigger than her other one and she has more scratching poles on it than her last one! She thinks she’s a queen on it hahaha.

Hello @Fluttershy1 sweet, I'm sorry you've not been in a great way. It sounds like a very tough time but I'm glad that you had therapy yesterday and that it was helpful.
