Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Hai @MissGremlin - was pretty much asleep until nova decided to wake me up and I was not happy about that. Haven’t been sleeping and this tiny nova just launches at me.
so now I have snuck into mums room.
