Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Taali - don’t you worry I’ve been trying everything I can, crafting, music, drawing, cleaning, driving, playing with the animals watching tv. It’s just not budging. Am safe

@MissGremlin - I’m soooo ready to go home, I’m over waiting it’s just meltdown after meltdown because I need to be cleared by medical apparently. I am safe now. I just wanna cry, people who are on tonight are V & Kay so hopefully I’ll be seen soon.

@Fluttershy1 I can understand how it would be annoying. Unfortunately the ER really does run on the highest priority first which is why it can take so long to be seen. Also know that it's ok, we all slip up from time to time, be gentle with yourself sweet ❤️.
